Yes. Employee Management includes a CSV import that accepts your existing employee list. The template is available in the admin panel. You can also add employees one by one through the form.
The career site is fully public — candidates browse job postings and submit applications without creating an account or logging in. Resumes are stored privately and are only accessible to your HR team inside the admin panel.
Three roles ship out of the box: company_admin (full access within their company), human_resource (HR tasks — employees, leave, hiring, onboarding), and panel_user (read-only access). Super admins can manage all roles and assign them through the Users section.
Yes. After a payroll run is approved, every employee in that run gets a payslip PDF generated with a full breakdown of gross salary, each deduction (PAYE, NSSF, NHIF), net pay, and employer contributions. Payslips are stored per run and can be downloaded at any time.
Payroll runs follow a locked workflow: Draft → Processing → Approved → Paid. Once Approved, a run is locked. To make corrections you create a new run for the same period with the adjusted figures. This preserves a complete audit trail of all runs.
